    4-Month Program Sessions

    These bi-weekly deep dive sessions are the cornerstone of your transformation. During each session, we will:

    • Shift Limiting Beliefs: Identify mental blocks and replace them with empowering perspectives.

    Between sessions, you’ll have access to ongoing support, homework, journal prompts and a resource library to keep you motivated and on track.

    Three-Session Package

    This package is ideal for focused guidance on a specific health goal. Each session will:

    One-Time Health Consult

  • Before our first session, you’ll receive everything you need to ensure we make the most of our time together. Here’s how to prepare:

    1. Health Intake Form: Regardless of which program tier you choose, you’ll complete an in-depth health intake form, which includes your health history, identifying challenges holding you back, pinpointing your goals, and defining the highest vision you want to step into for your life and health.

    2. Circle of Life: You’ll also complete a Circle of Life exercise, which assesses your satisfaction in areas beyond your health, such as relationships, career, and personal growth. This tool acknowledges the interconnectedness of true well-being and helps us create a holistic plan tailored to your needs.

    3. Session Overview: I’ll review your intake form and Circle of Life exercise in advance, identifying key areas to explore during our consultation. This ensures a highly personalized experience.

  • Between sessions, you'll receive personalized homework, journal prompts, and tailored resources to help you stay on track with your goals. Allie is also available via email or the app Telegram for quick messages, voice notes, and ongoing support. This ensures you have the accountability and guidance you need to stay aligned with your goals and take meaningful action.
